Vahan Yepremyan
Education:
Vahan graduated from UC Berkley, Magna Cum Laude, with High Departmental Honors (top 4%), and his Senior Honor Thesis received Highest Honors by the University. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from University of Southern California, where he served as the Editor of the Executive Board of Hale Moot Court Honors Program, and represented USC Law School as a member of Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. Vahan successfully completed the CORe Program at Harvard Business School, HBX. He then went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge University, Judge Business School in the United Kingdom, where he currently guest lectures and serves as an Ambassador and mentor. During his studies, Vahan received numerous awards such as Distinguished Man of the Year Award; Letter's and Science Dean's Honor's List; National Dean's List Award; Kiwanis Club Award for Leadership and Academic Excellence; Associated Student Body Leadership and Academic Award; AGS Honor Society Academic and Service Awards; Robert J. Taylor Scholar's Award.Work Experience:
During President Bill Clinton's administration, Vahan clerked at the White House think-tank, Economic Strategy Institute, where he researched, analyzed and wrote reports on various issues of US trade relations. Vahan returned to Washington, DC to clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, at the U.S. Attorney's Office, where he worked on prosecuting major criminal cases in US Federal Courts, including major international money laundering and drug trafficking cases. He also assisted the FBI and DEA agents in on-going investigations and case-preparation for prosecution. Since 1998, Yepremyan Law Firm has been a trusted legal and strategic business adviser to a wide range of clients, from over 15 countries – from small start-ups and charitable organizations to multi-billion dollar projects. The mission at Yepremyan Law Firm is to support and empower the conscious entrepreneurs and game-changers in their entrepreneurial journey. Vahan was invited by President Bush to serve on his Presidential Business Committee as one of the California representatives. He promoted pro-business agenda, and represented California’s business interests, advising on issues California businesses face and proposed various solutions. Vahan was also appointed as the Honorary Co-Chairman of the Presidential Business Advisory Council, and received a National Leadership Award by the Chairman of the National Congressional Committee for his assistance and leadership in promoting pro-business agenda including tax reform and fiscal responsibility.Charitable Work:
Vahan is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations and has traveled around the world providing humanitarian assistance. His recent trips include Nicaragua and Guatemala, where he financed and built homes for families in need. He has also been to Cambodia, exposing and assisting in efforts against child labor and child sex trafficking, and has traveled to a number of orphanages around the world providing food and supplies.Nelson Gevorkyan
Nelson Gevorkyan obtained his Juris Doctorate from G.U.C.L and his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA. Mr. Gevorkyan entered the legal field in 2009, starting off as an intern at a boutique civil law firm in Los Angeles and thereafter moving to a mid-sized firm in Tarzana, specializing in Complex Litigation, Torts, all the while attending law school. Thereafter, he joined a law firm in downtown Glendale which specialized in Civil and Business Law.
Nelson has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years working in the legal field as he started as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk then Attorney.
As an Attorney, he has successfully obtained multiple $100,000 Policy Limits bodily injury settlements for his personal injury clients from the insurance companies. He is most proud of his recent settlement of $290,000.
He is also passionate about human rights, as he is a member of the Unified Young Armenians, an independent non-profit organization that advocates human rights and seeks justice and recognition of modern and historical injustices (i.e. the Armenian Genocide) worldwide.
On his leisure time, he enjoys watching sports and is a huge fan of Micheal Jordan and the 1990's Chicago Bulls. His favorite "law" related movies include My Cousin Vinny, A Civil Action, Liar Liar and Lincoln Lawyer.

Arpi Galstian
Arpi Galstian is a committed and zealous attorney in Yepremyan Law Firm’s litigation department. An experienced legal advocate for the seriously injured, Arpi brings over a decade of knowledge and skill to complex motor vehicle and personal injury accident cases. Her legal history includes extensive success in all facets of civil discovery, civil law and motion, case law research, and litigation.
Arpi started with Yepremyan Law Firm as a keen 16-year-old file clerk and later rose to the rank of attorney. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Arpi was awarded her juris doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles and is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
Arpi has experience representing clients in all aspects of personal injury, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, dog bite incidents, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death and slip/trip and fall incidents. Arpi also has experience in protecting clients in lemon law cases.
